Decubitus Prevention

The Safe4Care cushion type 308 is used for prevention of pressure sores and other kinds of skin damage caused by pressure and shear forces. Suitable for low, moderate and high risk patients. Bear in mind that a good pressure distributing cushion can not substitute repositioning routines and blood circulation stimulation.

Healing

Safe4Care cushions are also suitable as a support surface in connection with healing of pressure sores. Of course special consideration must be given to ensure total pressure relief of damaged skin areas during healing.

General Use

Safe4Care seat cushions can be used to lower average and peak pressure by shaping to your body and distributing the body weight over a much larger area… or they may be used just to increase comfort.
